Garrett Greenway
Co-Founder | GC / Preconstruction / Procore / Architecture Ops & Design
I graduated from Southern Oregon University in 2020 with a bachelor’s degree in biology and a Minor in Chemistry. I’ve always had a knack for adapting on the fly, solving complex problems, and collaborating with diverse groups of stakeholders
.
I now have five years of experience in hightech construction, specifically in semiconductors and data centers across Oregon, Arizona,
and Texas. I’ve worked as an owner’s representative, project engineer, and field superintendent, supporting projects through MEPF coordination, architectural design and construction, and BIM design collaboration. These roles have given me a balanced
perspective between client expectations and what’s feasible in the field.
When I’m not working, I enjoy doing outdoor activities and staying active. Traveling, camping, and going to concerts are some of my
favorite ways to unwind.

I’ve spent my career in construction learning what makes projects succeed — and what makes them fall apart. From taking a business from pen-and-paper to fully streamlined operations, I’ve built the systems, processes, and teams that help companies run smoother, bid smarter, and grow profitably.
On top of hands-on construction experience, I hold a Business Administration degree with a minor in Communications from Southern Oregon University (2019), which gives me a strong foundation in strategy, people management, and leadership.
Beyond the office and jobsite, I love spending time with my family, hitting the golf course, and finding ways to balance work with life’s simple joys. I bring the same energy and dedication to my clients that I do to my own projects — practical solutions, strategic growth, and real results that make a difference.
